This program is designed for youth between the ages of 17 and 21 who are interested in discovering Canada’s diversity. For six months, volunteers live and work in two distinct Canadian communities, one of which is an aboriginal or northern community. Read more

This six-month program gives youth between the ages of 17 and 21 the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of environmental challenges and sustainable development issues of a community outside their home province. In addition to discovering their host region through meaningful volunteer service in the fields of the environment and sustainability, volunteers practise a healthy lifestyle and apply principles of active living through physical activities, including an outdoor expedition.
